Rachael Riethman
Registered Psychotherapist
Clinic Owner
Rachael counsels youth and adults with various mental health and life challenges, both in person and virtually. Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, school/work stress, relationship problems, or simply want to talk about your current situation, she offers genuine compassion and warmth. She will work with you to develop a plan that is tailored to you drawing on a variety of approaches such as solution-focused, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, strength-based, or acceptance and commitment. As you begin your journey toward stronger mental health, it is important that you find a counsellor with whom you feel at ease. Amanda Tonner-Cormier
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Amanda works under the supervision of Rachael Riethman, Registered Psychotherapist. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with Honours from the University of Ottawa, with a Specialization in Criminology and a Minor in Sociology. She currently works in the non-profit sector as a program coordinator, supporting individuals in substance abuse programs. Amanda has developed an interest in various counselling modalities such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) as a result of her current education and experience, and she is looking forward to sharing her passion with clients during her internship. She approaches each client with warmth and genuine concern in order to create a safe environment in which clients can engage in therapy as they work toward improved mental health. Amanda works with adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with general mental health and life issues such as anxiety, depression, work or school stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and communication challenges.

Jordan McManus
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Jordan received her Master’s in Education (Counselling and Psychotherapy) from the University of Toronto in 2022. During her internship Jordan’s primary focus was working with individuals with ADHD. She also supports youth and adults experiencing general mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, work or school stress. Jordan is passionate about creating a supportive, client-centric space that is uniquely tailored to suit each individual client. She continues to work with youth and adults experiencing general mental health concerns including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, work/school stress, or grief. Using an integrated approach, Jordan draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to best support each client in their journey.

Humaira Irfan
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Humaira is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She obtained a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has experience in counselling teenagers and is also a dedicated mental health crisis responder. In psychotherapy and counselling she is eager to help individuals see their inner strengths to navigate the challenges of life. She aims to create a warm, non-judgmental, safe space for the client supporting them every step of the way in their journey toward healing and attaining their goals. She personalizes her sessions according to the unique needs of the clients. Her approach is eclectic and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy in her sessions. She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Bethan Kondric
Student Intern

Bethan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Queen’s University and is currently a practicum student completing her Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She works under the clinical supervision of Rachael Riethman, RP. She is interested in providing support and equipping individuals with the tools necessary to navigate challenges involving anxiety, depression, relationships, self-awareness, and self-esteem. Dedicated to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, she adopts a client-centered and integrative therapeutic approach customized to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her therapeutic framework draws from a variety of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

Rosa Palladini
Student Intern

Rosa has spent 20 years in the business sector cultivating client relationships as a sales executive, which has helped lead her to pursue her passion to work in the field of counselling. She recently obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with Distinction from Queens University and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is interested in helping individuals grow by increasing their self-awareness, giving them tools to navigate challenges, and supporting them in their journeys. Rosa provides a safe, welcoming space for clients so that together they can explore and process experiences, learn new perspectives, and empower clients towards reaching their therapeutic goals. Rosa uses an integrated approach that draws on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness therapy modalities.

Kathryn Wilker
Student Intern

Katy is a student intern currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is working under the clinical supervision of Rachael Riethman, RP. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa. With 25 years experience as an elementary educator, she approaches clients with warmth, curiosity, and compassion while building strong relationships based on respect, collaboration, and communication. She believes strongly in the value of collaboration within therapy, partnering with clients to pinpoint their objectives and leverage their strengths for attaining their goals. Whether in-person or virtual, she assists adults and teens in coping better and more effectively with life's challenges, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. She follows an integrative approach that incorporates elements from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
