Meet Rachael
I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering a personalized, compassionate approach to helping people improve their lives. My goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, autism, and behavioural issues. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, training and certification in early autism intervention from the MIND Institute at the University of California, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science. I am here to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore and gain insight into their concerns.
My Story
I specialize in helping youth and adults cope with depression, anxiety, school/work pressures, and relationship problems.

My approach is tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities.
My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for my clients to explore their emotions and work towards a better understanding of themselves.
I strive to provide my clients with the tools they need to bring about meaningful change in their lives.
